Our rationale is to protect our community’s most vulnerable people and to assist us to continue to have the resources to provide health care over the coming months.

In summary:
There is a restriction on all visitors into Buckland House Nursing Home effective from 5:00pm today (March 24th). That is, visits are not permitted, unless in special circumstances approved by us.

The visiting restrictions that apply to Buckland House Nursing Home will apply to Bindaree Retirement Centre from 5:00pm tomorrow (25th March).

Additionally, members of the public who aren’t employees, are not visiting or receiving health care should not attend any of MDH’s buildings.
