ATTENTION MANSFIELD
We have been requested by the Goulburn Valley Health Public Health Unit to convey the following information.
A recent visitor to Mansfield yesterday returned a positive COVID-19 result. We have been notified of a number of local public exposure sites. These are the ones we have been officially advised and please be mindful that rumours of supposed others may circulate.
If you have been to these exposure sites on the dates and times listed please get tested. Isolate until you get tested and isolate afterwards. If your exposure is Tier 2, isolate until you get a negative result. If your exposure is Tier 1 isolate for 14 days and until you get approval to leave isolation.
The exposure sites are:
Mansfield Coffee Merchant Saturday 18th September 8am – 9am
- Tier 1 exposure site for staff who worked or customers who dined in.
- Tier 2 exposure site for customers who purchase takeaway
Foodworks Saturday 18th September 3:40pm – 4:20pm
- Tier 2 exposure site for staff and customers
BP Mt Buller Road Sunday 19th September 10:14am – 11:00am
- Tier 2 exposure site for staff and customers
George and Alroy Sunday 19th September 1:00pm – 1:30pm
- Tier 2 exposure site for staff and customers
As a reminder, it is important to get tested if you have visited the exposure sites on the dates and times listed or if you have any COVID-19 symptoms.
We understand your concern and our shared wish to keep Mansfield safe, however if you don’t meet the above criteria for testing please hold off getting tested. This will alleviate lengthy queues and allow results to be returned sooner.
We appreciate your understanding.
