At the Mansfield COVID-19 Vaccination Hub we are delivering the Astra Zeneca COVID-19 vaccine. In line with advice from ATAGI we will be:
– offering the AstraZeneca Vaccine to adults 50 years and over
– offering the AstraZeneca Vaccine to adults under 50 years if they consent to receive it
To book call 0457 105 037 and be ready to provide the following information:
– full name
– date of birth
– the organisation you work for (if you are working)
Please bring your Medicare card to your appointment. If you do not have a Medicare number then use this site: I Don’t Have a Medicare Number
The appointment will take around 30 minutes, you must remain with us for observation for 15 minutes after you are vaccinated.
Please do not ring the hospital to make a booking
Our vaccination hub is located in the Anderson Hall at the Buckland Centre Bank Place Mansfield. Follow the signs from the main car park.
