COVID-19 Vaccination Hub Update standard

We are well on the way! Our COVID-19 vaccination hub will open its doors next week on Tuesday 27th and Thursday 29th April to our health care workers and aged care staff. Soon after this we will be opening our bookings to those people who fall into the 1b group which includes adults over 70, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, young adults with an underlying medical condition and critical and high risk workers including defence, police, fire and emergency services. Vaccination Update standard

We know that people are wanting to know more about getting vaccinated for COVID-19.The vaccine program for our area is being coordinated by the Public Health Unit of Goulburn Valley Health. Subject to supply it is planned that vaccination of aged care residents can commence the week beginning 29th March. In the next week we hope to be able to make an announcement about the establishment of a vaccination hub for Mansfield and surrounding communities. The Premier of Victoria, today announced Circuit Breaker Actions for all of Victoria which will come into effect at midnight Friday 12th February and continue to midnight Wednesday 17th February 2021.
